It’s general complaint from many of the employees as the boss doesn’t turn up to the office, by which all the work remains pending or there is no proper communication. It’s required by the employees to move ahead without the management around. Hence the adventurous leaders in the organizations will be rewarded for the skillful moves.

There are some ways by which we can lead the leaders:

• The company’s top management will definitely honor if the organizations vision, mission and goals are followed. These are the crucial determinants of organizations success. Hence realizing the way in which to be lead will be most important step.
• Empower your employees and fellow mates. Empowerment will lead to employee development and they will in turn take quality decisions in their work place. This will enhance employee’s creativity, risk taking behaviour and innovative methods in problem solving. This will ease leader’s tasks.
• It is very much necessary to identify the people responsible for the success in the organization. This will enhance your popularity as a leader in the organization.
• Have a cordial relationship with your leader so that your good work can be seen by him. Also be sincere to the job which will increase your credibility.

Success will knock at your doors if you are able to perform at a higher pace as comparatively with your fellow mates. That too leading the leaders would be great task. Winning over their confidence and a better noticeable performance will really enhance your leadership skills.
