As Senior Vice President of Business Development and Physician Acquisition, Lyndie Moore concentrates on strategic planning, product development, marketing, branding, and physician partnerships. Together with the leadership team, she executes the current Sono Bello strategic plan, focusing on expansion to new revenue segments and partnerships while ultimately strengthening sales, operations, and physician acquisition. Lyndie plays an instrumental role in creating future tactical plans to boost and create new revenue streams. Her distinctive ability is to lead and energize people by using quick, intuitive alternatives to build action plans and promote professional growth that reverses engineers’ execution of company goals.

Uniquely situated within Sono Bello, Lyndie affects positive change within both the business and medical sectors. Moreover, her coaching and mentoring prowess allows her to recruit talent, nurture growth, and ensure success for employees and the organization alike.

With an innovative track record and a broad range of experience, Lyndie is process-oriented in her approach. “I value partnering with our team of Executives and Stakeholders in every decision. Lyndie’s advice is to remember that one doesn’t have to go at it alone. “Seek out companionship from others who are going through similar situations and can provide advice when you need it most. Entrepreneurship can feel lonely at times. Surround yourself with people who are cheering you on. Plus, your experience may help someone else!”

Talking about her role model, Lyndie says, “Many of us have role models in our lives and to most people role models are athletes and movie stars, but to me a role model is much more. To me a role model is a person who has positively influenced someone in life and is not a person filled with selfishness and greed. They help shape someone’s personality, and characteristics. They are people who someone can look up to for advice in a hard situation and know that they will give those words of wisdom. They will never judge our past actions, instead only look to help because they really care. A role model is someone who we should never feel awkward talking to about our problems. A perfect role model for me is my mother. She is a wonderful human being. She’s smart, wise, ambitious, patient and such a loving person. There are no words that can describe my gratitude towards how she has inspired my integrity and work ethic.” Armed with such unique qualities, Lyndie has been taking the company to new heights.

In the summer of 2008, Sono Bello was born by Chris Par. He had a vision of the modern-day aesthetic practice offering the best in patient satisfaction and safety. The origins of the words Sono Bello mean “I’m Beautiful” in Italian. As a previous co-founder of several successful companies in the aesthetic industry, he turned his focus to the cosmetic surgery space, where he found a lack of systemization, specialization, and patient focus. He started his research in body liposuction, the fastest-growing cosmetic surgical procedure at the time. While one of the most frequently performed procedures, the procedure had a less then favorable outcome. With the latest technology and comfort techniques available, he believed that he could elevate the cosmetic surgery practice model through specialization. In partnership with Aesthetic Physicians PC, they developed Sono Bello, the leader in modern-day laser-assisted body contouring procedures.

From the beginning, Sono Bello has focused on providing cutting-edge, personalized total body transformations for clients. This is only possible because of their long emphasis on three important standards: experience, specialization, and customization. According to Lyndie, the world’s greatest artists and scientists would agree that “practice makes perfect,” and specialization is the only way to become an expert. “As a science and an art, cosmetic procedures require an enormous amount of education and practical application, which is why we’ve carefully selected each one of our 125+ board-certified physicians to provide our patient’s with incredible results,” she explains. “We do not embrace a “one size fits all” solution, because we believe what makes you unique also makes you beautiful, and that’s why each of our procedures are tailor-made specific to our patient’s needs.”
